It is heartening to see, many of us are breaking the taboos and barriers and progressing towards acquiring good mental health.
The World Health Organisation is taking several initiatives, and countries are following suit.
Depression and anxiety are no more frowned upon as they used to be a few decades earlier. Similarly, disabilities such as autism are dealt with a scientific approach; and, we see positive results.
The caretakers, teachers, and parents are better informed and better equipped. The trauma is much less.
