This delicious buttermilk made with Indian Gooseberry/Amla, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Mint leaves, Pepper, Cumin seeds, and Yogurt is not only loaded with nutrients but also refreshing to consume.

Amla
The Indian Gooseberry, popularly known as Amla or Awla in Hindi, is loaded with Vitamin C and Iron and has strong antioxidant properties. - Curry leaves – 2 Strands
- Coriander leaves – 1 handful
- Mint leaves – 8 to 10
- Cumin seeds – ¼ teaspoon
- Black pepper – 5
- Yoghurt – 3 tablespoon
- Rock salt or pink Salt – as per taste
Method To Prepare Spiced Buttermilk:
Wash Amla and the leaves well under running water. Take off the Amla seeds. Then, blend the mentioned ingredients together in a blender to a fine paste. Further, add 500ml of water and blend again. Filter the blended mixture, and your delicious drink is ready to consume.
Garnishing it with a few mint and coriander leaves will make it more appealing too.
