This delicious buttermilk made with Indian Gooseberry/Amla, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Mint leaves, Pepper, Cumin seeds, and Yogurt is refreshing to consume.

- Curry leaves – 2 Strands
- Coriander leaves – 1 handful
- Mint leaves – 8 to 10
- Cumin seeds – ¼ teaspoon
- Black pepper – 5
- Yoghurt – 3 tablespoon
- Rock salt or pink Salt – as per taste
Method Of Preparing Spiced Buttermilk:
Wash Amla and the leaves well under running water. Take off the Amla seeds. Blend the mentioned ingredients together in a blender to a fine paste. Now, add 500ml of water and blend again. Filter the blended mixture, and your delicious drink is ready to consume.
Needless to say, garnishing it with a few mint and coriander leaves will make it more appealing too.
With ingredients ready, you can prepare this spiced buttermilk in a jiffy. You can have this as an energising drink during mid-day or as a refresher in the evening.
