- Take a 2-inch piece of fresh ginger. Peel the skin using a vegetable peeler.
- Wash it well and then grate it into thin shreds.
- Now, squeeze the juice from the shreds; you can squeeze the juice using your hands or make a batch using a juicer/mixer.
Mix an equal quantity of honey with the extracted ginger juice.
While coughing, you may feel irritation along your chest. Ginger-honey combo will relieve such irritation and will help in reducing cough as well.
